Data requests: Export or delete your data directly from Settings. If you experience any issues, contact us.
Reporting abuse: Use the report buttons next to posts, comments, and messages or email us with screenshots/links.

Troubleshooting

Ensure you have the latest version of Polaris from TestFlight or the App Store.
Force close and relaunch the app; sign out and sign back in if needed.
For sync issues, check your network connection and refresh the screen.
Still experiencing problems? Email us with your device model, OS version, and a description of what happened.
